- DON'T FORGET BANANAS!
- Each inch of belly lost is equal to one inch of body that sinks due to lost buoyancy.
- Drool doesn't show at swim practice!
- Don't laugh at people who wear nose clips cause there will be a day you need them.
- Swim drills suck!
- Pool water ingested does not count as hydrating.
- The more layers your keep in the car, the happier and warmer you will be! :)
- Tights aren't geeky when you are warmer than the guy in running shorts jumping up & down.
- Keep smiling... even as you have to walk during a run.
- Cramps in your arch HURT!
- Naps are ssssooooooo nice now!
